WHAT DO EVEREST MIXED BERRY PORRIDGE QUICKIES DO?
Have you ever been in the position that you needed a quick snack or on-the-go meal but you simply don’t have the time to prepare one? Well, that’s where our porridge quickies come in. Everest granola cups provide you with a nutritious bridge between meals. Alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise, Everest Porridge Quickies are the perfect on-the-go companion.

SIRACHA WINGS AND HEALTHY SLAW RECIPE
Makes 4 portions
1.5kg Chicken Wing Portions
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Granules
¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
2 Carrots
¼ White Cabbage
¼ Purple Cabbage
50g Pumpkin Seeds
50g Sunflower Seeds
100ml Everest Garlic Flavour Sauce
200ml Everest Siracha Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauces
Juice of 2 limes
Method
1. Dry the wings with a paper towel. Add the baking powder, herbs, cumin, garlic, salt and
pepper to the wings and toss to coat well.
2. Add the wings to a wire rack, spaced out and bake at 200C for 45-55 mins.
3. Shred the carrot, white cabbage and purple cabbage. Toast the pumpkin and sesame
seeds in a dry pan and add them to the vegetable. Add the juice of 1 lime and 100ml
Everest Garlic Flavour Sauce and mix well.
4. Add Everest Siracha Sauce, juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix and heat in the
microwave for 30-60 seconds.
5. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Serve with a side of slaw!May contain: milk, soy, mustard, celery.
