HOW SHOULD I USE EVEREST LOW CALORIE SMOKEY BBQ SAUCE?
Shake well before use. The product is ready for direct consumption. Recommended as an addition to cold or warm dishes. One portion is the equivalent of 5 ml (1 teaspoon). BBQ TOFU BUDDHA BOWLS
Makes 2 bowls Ingredients
400g Tinned Chickpeas
100g Mixed Leaves
½ Head of Broccoli
300g Firm Tofu
1 Carrot Grated
2 Baby Cucumbers
4 Radish Sliced
4 tbsp Everest Smokey BBQ Sauce
1 ½ tbsp Cornflour
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Mixed Herbs

1. Add the drained chickpeas and broccoli florets to an oven dish. Coat in some 1cal spray,
the garlic powder and mixed herbs. Place in a preheated oven at 180C to 20-25 mins.
2. Press the tofu to remove as much moisture as possible. Slice into cubes and coat in the

minutes on one side until crisped then begin to turn the cubes and brown the other sides
(1-2 mins each side).
4. Add the Everest Smokey BBQ Sauce to the pan to heat through and coat the tofu.
5. To build the bowl add a layer of leaves as the base. Top with the roasted broccoli and
chickpeas, BBQ tofu, grated carrot, sliced cucumber and radish, avocado and sprinkle
sesame seeds to finish.
