CHOCOLATE & BANANA PROTEIN BAKED OATS

Ingredients

½ Banana
50g Oats
50g Everest Smooth Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
50ml Milk
1 Medium Egg
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
50g Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Everest Biscuit Spread

Method

1. Blend the banana, oats, Everest Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder, egg, cocoa powder,
milk, vanilla, baking powder.
2. Stir the chocolate chips through by hand.
3. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 180C for approx. 20 mins.
4. Top with remaining banana and Everest Biscuit Spread.
